(Shirt: Plato’s Closet Skirt: Styles For Less Shoes: HandMeDown)
Have you ever listened to the Joy the Baker Podcast? Joy and Tracy are absolutely hilarious and as they always discuss “totally important unimportant things”. In an episode awhile back, they discussed “siren songs”. These would be things that you know you shouldn’t do, but for some strange reason feel utterly compelled to do. One person stated she’d like to “run her fingers through a stranger’s beard”. Ew! I’ve been thinking of what my “siren songs” are and here’s what I came up with:
-ram my car into the person in front of me
-make a yelling sound in a quiet room
-go around talking in a different accent
-correct grown-ups (who should know better) who use incorrect grammar
-stick my hand down the garbage disposal (Aaaaccckkk!!! I’m totally afraid of being near it!)
-do cartwheels in a public place
-pull stray hairs off random strangers backs
Have you ever thought about this? What would be your “siren song”?
Beautiful the skirt.

I’m totally afraid of sticking my hand in the garbage disposal too! I always make Kevin do it!! And I also share the desire to ram my car into bad drivers as well as correct grammar (ok sometimes I can’t stop myself and do that!)
