Bittersweet

I love fall. As much as I love the sunny days of summer, nothing compares to chilly windy days, boots, pumpkin spiced everything and sweaters. Unfortunately along with fall comes the time change. I seriously want to cry and put my head in the sand ostrich style to hide away from all the darkness. How can you wake up in the morning when it looks like the middle of the night outside?! And why do the days have to be so short?! I guess I’ll go console myself with a pumpkin spice latte.
