Fashion Friday

8 Pieces, 15 Different Looks

My longtime friend, Danielle of Side by Side Cinema (watch just one of their wedding videos and I dare you not to cry) expressed to me that she was having trouble making outfits out of the clothes that she had.

So…last week I went over to see how I could help. πŸ™‚

I LOVE seeing other people’s clothes! I guess it appeases the nosy, busybody within me. Ha!

I picked out 8 pieces from Danielle’s closet.

This included three shirts, a vest sweater, a dress, a skirt, a pair of skinny jeans and a jacket in complimentary colors.

Then, I rearranged them into 15 different outfits!

I switched up the shoes and accessories to give each outfit a different look.

You could easily do this with items from your own closet to bring new life to items you forgot you had, are tired of or of items that you’re just Β not sure what to pair with.

And if you’d like some help, I would LOVE to come over and snoop at the clothes you have in your closet. πŸ˜‰

Happy Friday!

*And if you don’t mind leaving a comment, Danielle is still waffling over her purchase of the short, dark boots and would LOVE your opinion on them. Thanks!

  4. Danielle- My 6-year-old’s first comment was “Wow, I love her boots!” So they rock with the 1st-grade set. I love them, too. I’ve been considering buying some, but don’t think I’m brave enough. Go, you!

Danielle, I love the jeans/blue shirt/yellow scarf and the one where you wore the tank over the shirt and the tall boots best!
