I just finished the third book in the Divergent series and it was amazing. It took me three days, although I’m pretty sure I could have finished it in a day if I didn’t have two little people to take care of…dang grown up responsibilities always getting in the way. If you haven’t checked this series out and love post-apocalyptic, young adult novels, then this will be right up your alley. And I’m a big fan of Hunger Games if that gives you any idea of my usual book preference, although I think Divergent is as good as HG, just a different feel. Got any other book suggestions for me? I’m looking for my next read.

Happy Fall, Y’all!

The weather is gradually getting cooler here in Southern California, although any day it could be back in the 80’s. That’s the sad life we lead here in the Golden State. *snerk* Anywho, I am super excited to break out my boots, tights, sweaters, jackets, etc. Here are some fall looks I’m totally crushing on at the moment:

1. I really would like to purchase a polka dot sweater and I love how this look is equally dressed up with the flashy necklace and dressed down with the army green vest.

2. Do you realize how many amazing colors are going on in this picture?! Love it.

3. This beige blazer and dress combo is fabulous, plus the skinny belt, gold belt AND tortoise shell watch. Perfection.

4. Gray skinnies with trench and metallic detailing. I swoon.

5. I need to get my hands on one of these navy blue military jackets.

6. This jacket is equally amazing and I love all the pattern combinations.

7. Another jacket to drool over, plus rolled up skinnies and fabulous tie-up boots with half-tucked in amazingness.

So, I’m pretty definite that if Andy Samberg and I ever met, we would immediately be best friends. He would see my fabulous wit and pee his pants laughing at how hilarious I am. Or maybe I thinking of it backwards. But seriously…he might be one of the funniest people ever. Have you seen the Threw It On The Ground video? So funny. Every digital short on SNL, Lonely Island and now Brooklyn Nine-Nine. C’mon, Andy…let’s be BFFs. I’ll try to act normal around you. Hahahaha.
