So, not to sound like a total jerk, but I can’t believe I had a baby three weeks ago. I am so ready to be back to normal. I want more than nothing to work out. How weird is that? I saw a nurse at my doctor’s office that had gone for a run on her lunch break and I found myself being totally jealous of her. Now when the time comes and my doctor does approve me to exercise, I’m guessing the burst of energy will probably only last a week, but it’s a week I’m totally looking forward to.
